What the audience is saying

I watched Parneet speak live at the House of Beautiful Business festival, Portugal and was just in awe - she sparked my curiosity right away from her first minute on stage. Her talk was my personal highlight of the whole three-day event experience, it was just on another level - TED global level.

Parneet delivered her storyline in a way that captured the audience's heart and mind - it was inspiring, exceptionally well articulated and so amazingly embodied - no video could capture the wise energy she radiated with every sentence on stage. No wonder, she was the talk of the gathering whenever the conversation turned to speakers, and it had a lasting echo on social media.

Parneet was one of the all-time favorite guest speakers for our Council of Student Sustainability Leaders here at Harvard University. In an evening workshop, Parneet taught students about the deep connections between their own health and that of the planet, and her concept of the wellbeing doughnut. She inspired moving conversations about climate anxiety and helped equip students with best practices for themselves and their peers.  She left them feeling motivated and focused on self-care, which is particularly important for students who are setting out to solve the world’s biggest existential challenges. She also presented to staff in our Office for Sustainability, and left us with a clearer connection between planetary and personal health – which has benefited our personal and professional lives in lasting ways.

Collaborative WIM (Women in Investment Management) has had the privilege of collaborating with Parneet across two of our global events, hosted by the CFA network. Parneet holds the distinction of being our first returning speaker. Her presentation "Leading with Courage and Connection," hosted by CFA Society Mexico, provided tools to help our community of finance leaders to navigate demanding careers, while harnessing the power of compassion for resilience and well-being. Her subsequent discussion, "Managing Difficult Emotions Effectively," hosted by CFA Societies Milwaukee and Madison as part of the Collaborative WIM Global Summit, provided actionable insights to strengthen personal and career fortitude.

Parneet’s thoughtful navigation of complex subjects at the intersection of business and behavioral change left a profound and inspiring impression on our audience, as echoed in the feedback received. Beyond her extensive expertise (informed by a knowledge base that is both broad and deep), Parneet's professionalism is matched only by her kind heart and nurturing nature, which shine through in every interaction. Through our work with Parneet, we are grateful to gain a cherished friend and fellow champion for our shared values.
